Integration with PhonePresence Virtual PBX

The iRemind service can be integrated into the PhonePresence hosted Virtual PBX and Call Management solution.

Options using PhonePresence include pressing a single key to capture the caller's mobile and schedule a reminder while the inbound caller is on the line, or through the caller selecting IVR menu options.

Additionally, the customer's voice response to a reminder can be packaged with the data from the reminder and delivered as a phone call to the booking system desktop - a popup will display the original reminder and appointment details.
