Choice of Delivery Method

If contacted by SMS, the customer can either respond with a text message (OK, CANCEL etc.), or by calling the number from which the SMS originated. Voice responses can be to an IVR ("Press 1 to confirm, Press 2 to rebook") which may include voice messaging delivering the verbal response to your booking system.
Salon Marketing
iRemind can also be used to promote Salon activities and special promotions. Quiet periods can be countered with a low cost SMS campaign promoting a special such as a '20% discount on Tuesdays', or a '25% discount for two or more members of the same family'.
Customers can also be advised of changes to Salon opening hours, or reminded that the Salon will be closed for part of a public holiday, such as Boxing Day.
Integration with PhonePresence Virtual PBX
The iRemind service can be integrated into the PhonePresence hosted Virtual PBX and Call Management solution.
Options using PhonePresence include pressing a single key to capture the caller's mobile and schedule a reminder while the inbound caller is on the line, or through the caller selecting IVR menu options.
Additionally, the customer's voice response to a reminder can be packaged with the data from the reminder and delivered as a phone call to the booking system desktop - a popup will display the original reminder and appointment details.
