Low Monthly Fee includes 1000 SMS Appointment Reminders
The entry fee for the stand alone iRemind Service is £59 per month. This includes 1,000 text reminders with voice calls to mobiles charged as 3 SMS credits and to landlines as 1 credit. Email reminders are free.

Integration with Outlook
We can integrate with Microsoft Outlook in two ways:
No software changes on client side:
You create an email address which includes the client's contact number such as 0796123456@x-onsms.com (or ...@x-onvoice.com for voice reminders). When an appointment is created in the Outlook diary, invites are sent to each attendee at the address above. iRemind sends out both invites and reminders as SMS/Voice.
Requiring customization on client side:
iRemind can include small scripts within Outlook so that the internal reminders (including other notifications such as task reminders) are forwarded automatically as SMS or Voice to your numbers. This means that your Outlook system takes control of the timing.

Integration Costs
iRemind has considerable advantages over the usual appointment reminder offerings, such as the choice of SMS or Voice notification, session based 2 way communication i.e. the reminder recipient can always respond, and integration with existing booking systems and X-on's PhonePresence Virtual PBX.
Integration with in-house booking systems and software packages, or with the PhonePresence Virtual PBX service, may incur additional costs and these should be discussed with the Sales Team on 0870 345 5577.
